How to activate 5.1 with a license for 5.0x (old license key for 30 clients)

Hi!

We have an old license key for Fontlab Studion 5.0x (works with 5.04) and now I need to use same license for activating clients that are reinstalled with OSX lion and Fontlab Studio 5.1.
I managed to do it only on one client (with beta version of 5.1 on Snow Leopard - it was in Septermber) but afterwards it claims that the license is already used for activating the product and refuses to continue with other clients (workstations).
What should I do?
I've already tried to write to techsupport but got no answer (20/12 2011) so far and now it is urgent because our students have to finish their work this week and we've already reinstalled computers with Lion (only one left with snow leopard with working 5.04).
I would appreciate quick response.
