Glyph Properties Window not appearing

Hi

Someone in our office has run into a problem. The Glyph Properties windows keeps failing to appear either by right-click mouse>Properties or by Alt-Enter. When it happens the only way around the problem seems to be to delete and re-install FontLab (5.0.4 Win).

Is there something wrong with the installation that can be cured or is it local difficulties?

It is possible that Fontlab Studio somehow remembered wrong coordinates for the panel in the registry. So the problem can be easily solved by deleting the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FontLab\Studio5 entry with RegEdit. But keep your s/n at hands to register FLS.
