Modified version of Minion Pro (Windows open type) not showing up in InDesign CS

I've modified Minion Pro using TypeTool 3 for the Mac to add a few glyphs. I've created a new open type font and loaded it on a Windows XP machine with ATM. It shows up fine in ATM but not in InDesign CS4. I've tried several encoding methods. I also tried true type, but all methods have failed. Any suggestions?

Tell me what happens when you don't use ATM but just install the font via the Windows font control panel.
