How to access fonts in Microsoft Vista Ultimate

I have a problem with not having permissions in Asia Font Studio (AFS4)
to open directory C:/windows/fonts

I do not seem to have access to
 fonts in Microsoft Vista Ultimate ?

Any help is appreciated

You should not modify fonts in C:/windows/fonts . Instead make a copy to somewhere on the disk and then open this copy.
