Contour Direction

Hi

I have a non-traditional (e.g., does not obey TTF conventions) TTF font. When I open the TTFin AFS4 and then re-generate the TTF, many contours in the output TTF have the opposite orientation from their counterparts in the original TTF. In addition, some control points are moved slightly. Is there a way to disable this behavior?
