What version of Windows are you using? Did you install a pervious version of WEFT?

I ran into the same installation problem. OS was Win 98SE (German). Installation program says: "Failed to install component" while the "Registering Icom.dll" routine was running.

Tried the installation four times. Didn't help to install the complete database component.
