WEFT Crashing

I ran WEFT on my index.html file before upoading to server then uploaded eot files and index file to server. Everything worked well. Then I made some changes to page including a couple of other fonts added. Now WEFT opens but as soon as it sees the index file, it shuts down. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted working folders. Nothing works... What now?

Here's a recommendation.  When you create an embedded font file, use every possible character.  That way, you never have to create another file when you add to the web page.  Also, WEFT won't have to scan your entire website; just one page with all the fonts you want to use on your website.  Check out the attached file.  I hope the instructions are clear.
