I have made a TrueType font for the Telugu Indic script and it works perfectly in MSWord/Write and other applications. After using WEFT 3.2 to make the EOT file, testing it in IE doesnt show only the Telugu characters in the font. English numericals/spaces in the font file show up fine in IE, only the unicode Telugu characters dont show up. Please let me know as to what is wrong with the file?

Hi,
there can be two issues with your problem.
1). your EOT is just 5.5kb so its possible you've not included telugu characters in your EOT.
2). If you are not able to see your telugu Glyphs in WEFT subset window you've not set proper language support in your font's properties.

Make sure you have included Telugu in "Supported Unicode Ranges"
and regenerate the EOT.

See ya,
prabudh

Yep, that did the trick. I put the font under 'Language subsetting' and selected Telugu Language and works like a charm. Thanks prabudh.
Regards.
