The attached page is encoded in "windows-1252", which mean that it should only contain western latin characters.

If you are using a special purpose Indian font with a non-standard character encoding, then you may or may not be able to use the font.

If you are using a regular Indian font with standard Unicode encoding, then you need to modify your web page to be utf-7, utf-8 or unicode encoded. You can do this with Notepad in Windows2000 or Word2000 (may be with Word97 as well?)

FYI : In general, showing Indian text in web pages is hard since Indian languages are more demanding written languages than most western languages. To handle it, you need something like OpenType Layout (aka OTL). However, some/most browsers and platforms do not support OTL.

Using special purpose fonts and softwares may be a solution, but I am not sure what those are and how they work, nor if you may use WEFT with them.
