There is no support in WEFT for processing pages with dynamic content (such as server side or client side javascripts), so you have to create the eots manually.

Use the "Expert Create Fonts" menu to select the fonts that you use and specify what characters/subset to use for each font. Once the eots are created, you need to upload them to your site and paste the CSS font declarations into the pages that should use the eots. Make sure you specify the correct bind url when you create the eots.
