mjan This is probably caused by your firewall. You may want to play around with the "Internet Options" control panel applet to get it to work. If you get Internet Explorer to work, then you should be able to install WEFT.
Select the "Connections" tab, and make sure that you have entered the correct proxy settings. You may need to contact your local administration for information what these settings should be.
Once WEFT III is released, we will make a stand-alone version of WEFT available.
