Anit-Alias font? displaying all jagges on other systems

Hi there.
I was able to get the fontn embedded with out nearly as many issues as it seems others are having. However on my system even with the font uninstalled (for testing) the embedded font renders in IE just fine. However.. when I try on any other system the text is all jagged and aliased even when the font size is about 30.

How do I fix this issue?
