I bought Word 2000 Hebrew enabled in Jerusalem before coming home so I could finish my book - begun on the computers of the Hebrew University in Word 98 Hebrew enabled - on the Dead Sea scroll of 1-2 Samuel in the USA.  Now I want to update to Unicode so I can get an Ethiopic font that is designed in that.  If I get Word English in Unicode I have to press the mouse twice every time to switch back and forth English to Hebrew and vice versa.  With Word Hebrew enabled it requires only once mouse click. Is there a way of shortcutting the language change, maybe even doing it through a shortcut key like , which I don't use much?  Are there any (other?) drawbacks to Word English unicode as opposed to Word Hebrew 2003?  There's a bug in Word 2000 Hebrew, namely it right justifies the index and the table of contents even when these are in English, as mine is.  I'm now in contact with Israel about correcting this problem.  Wait for a posting if I get  a solution.  By the way, why do we need an SBL font if Unicode offers 6 Hebrew fonts?
