I just installed the SBL Hebrew font and the SIL Hebrew driver.  The font and Hebrew keyboard (with right-to-left typing) work in Notepad, but I can't get it to work in MS Word (2002).  Everytime I try to type in SBL Hebrew it switches my font right back to Times New Roman.

Any help?

Thanks-
Suzanna

Suzanna,
I'm not the expert, but my understanding is that you need Word 2003, which
has been specifically cleared of bugs related to Hebrew input.

Yes, Ken is correct. There are a number of known bugs with Office 2002 products and Biblical Hebrew. Microsoft were very responsive to fixing these in Office 2003, but you will need to upgrade to get proper the proper handling.

Some of the Word 2002 issues can be avoided by typing in Notepad and then pasting the text into Word, but this will not avoid all the problems, I'm afraid.
