I have uploaded new versions of the Tiro and SIL keyboard drivers for Windows to the documents section of the user community:

http://groups.msn.com/SBLFonts/documents.msnw

in the 'Keyboard drivers' subdirectory.

These keyboard drivers support input of new Unicode 4.1 and 5.0 Hebrew characters and DSS transcription characters. They also fox the problem that made the old keyboards uninstallable under Windows Vista. Note that the installation procedure is different from the old keyboard, so please review the manual. The good news is that the installation is easier than it used to be, although removing the old keyboard drivers is still a bit of a hassle.

[Note also the upload of the beta font of SBL Hebrew version 1.50 to the document section.]
