SPAtlantis Printer Fonts

Hello,

I am hoping someone may be able to help with a question I have regarding the SPAtlantis font.

When printing off either a Minolta DiAlta Color 2002 and/or a Kyocera Mita, the font doesn't come through. The postscript mode is set and the true type fonts are off. I am working on a Mac 8.6 in Word 98. Are there any clues that may help? Or, are there SPAtlantis printer fonts available for download—if that would help?
