John Hudson To install the SBL Hebrew font under Windows XP -- or any other TrueType or OpenType font, for that matter -- you can follow the helpful instructions from MS Typography:
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/TrueTypeInstallXP.mspxNote that you may need to activate right-to-left and complex script support before you can use the font. Follow these instructions:
1. Go to the 'Start Menu' and open the 'Control Panel'.
2. Choose 'Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options' (note: if using classic view for the Control Panel, proceed directly to step 3).
3. Choose 'Regional and Language Options'.
4. Select the 'Languages' tab.
5. Make sure 'Install Files for complex script and right to left languages (including thai)' is checked.
6. Click 'OK' to close the dialogue. Close the 'Control Panel' window.
Note that you can also use the 'Regional and Language Options' dialogue to manage keyboard drivers.
