Moderation glitches : apologies

I found out this evening that the email moderator commands I have been using have not been working correctly, and that some members messages had been awaiting acceptance for some time (a couple since August!). My sincerest apologies for this. I will make sure to visit the community website to apply moderator commands directly in future.

Hopefully some of the questions that have been awaiting attention will get some Christmas answers.
