twuandy Correct me if I'm wrong, but on my new laptop running Vista and Office 2007 I found a mark that does the vavless cholem correctly. So you have two marks - one for cholem on top of vav and one for vavless cholem. You've got to do some playing around with the INSERT SYMBOL pages to find them. Remember - you need four dots in all - one for the sin, one for the shin, one for the cholem without vav and one for the cholem with vav. Whether any of those marks overlap, I haven't figured out. And even then, you've got to stick with Windows Times-Roman Hebrew, which isn't A Number one. You might be better sticking with John.
