I'm afraid I am unfamiliar with the meaning of aseret hadibrot, so cannot answer this question. If you can give me some examples of the kinf of te'amim combinations involved, I can tell you whether they are supported by the font.

Hebrew does indeed display the double set of cantillation marks in the 10
commandments nicely. See, for example, http://www.cvkimball.com/Tanach/Exodus.DH.xml (click
on chapter 20).

Ah, the ten commandments (sorry, it is embarassing how little Hebrew language I've actually picked up in all these months of working on Hebrew typography). Yes, as Ken notes, this is supported in the SBL Hebrew font.
