Thanks to John Hudson for all his work in developing the SBL Hebrew Font.  The goal is to have a Hebrew, Greek, and Latin font by th end of 2004 that will become the standard for biblical and related studies.  The fonts will be available for individual users free of charge.  For any commercial use one must become a member of the Font Foundaton.  The funds collected for the Font Foundation will be used to continue to develop Unicode OpenSource fonts for all languages related to biblical studies.  You may contact me kent.richards@sbl-site.org or Frank Ames frank.ames@sbl-site.org for additional information on the Font Foundation.
