What am I missing?

I went through the wizard and then manually FTPed by results to my web site but the Chinese fonts do not show on a WindowsXP computer without Asian fonts installed.

 

I put in a root address that is just above the sudirectories where the subject HTML documents are stored.  And that is where the eots for each are stored.  How do I go about figuring out what is wrong?

 

Also, where can I download that tool that lets me see if the eot is being used when I access a WEFT enabled page.  I've used it before but can not seem to find where to get it again.
