ImDocHolliday The first thing you need to do is to create a file with every possible character in it. I know that sounds weird, but here's the one I use.
Embedded Fonts Sheet
A BCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890`~!@#$%^&*()_-[{}]|;:";'’,<>./?®©

Just add the file to your fonts sub folder on the website. Copy and paste the font name info and characters as many times as you need. The example above uses Verdana. So, do this for every font you are going to use on your website. View this file in Internet Explorer so you can see which characters do and do not work. Generally, the only problems will be with the non-standard characters. Pretty much everything after the zero. If the font you are using has a separate italic font, include it as shown above. If a character does not appear when you view it, just remove it and view again. This way you'll know what WEFT will embed. You should also change the background and font color to match what you will use. That way you are seeing what a visitor to your website will see.
When you've created the file and stored it on your website, point to it when you build fonts in WEFT. This way, every possible character will be included in the EOT file. It will the file a bit larger but it's worth it to be sure you have everything included. And don't remove the between the A and B unless you want little boxes all over your web pages.
