Hello, all!

There's some troubles....in VTT.
I use VTT in Korean Glyph Hinting.

But, almost everytime, VTT doesn't recover completly when I do UNDO(ctrl +Z).
Really difficult for me to do work....Because, I'm a beginner Hinter....I am not good at VTT.
And, I usually use UNDO, REDO...

By the way, when I did UNDO in English, There was the same trouble in VTT.
VTT doesn't recover completelywhat I canceled......

Please let me know How should I solve this problem...
Have a nice day~!!

From Beat...

I'll assume we're talking about the main window with the graphical user interface. The undo/redo of the main window was meant to be some kind of recovery in case of a mishap. Say I'm using the Align tool to align a couple of control points. VTT chooses the control points to be aligned with the parent points. But one or more of the newly aligned control points already had a link or an interpolate, which the align has made to disappear. Oops... Here is where undo comes in handy. But for memory considerations, the number of undoes/redoes is not unlimited. VTT allows a total of 16 undoes, anything beyond that is permanent.
If you like to completely undo your work on a glyph, e.g. to start over with a different hinting strategy, the quickest way is to open the VTT Talk window (Ctrl+5), select all text in there (Ctrl+A), delete it (Ctrl+X), and re-compile the (empty) text (Ctrl+R). This will update the main window with no hinting at all.
If you like to preserve a particular hinting strategy, e.g. to compare it to another one you are about to try, you might consider File => Export => Text from Window to save all the text in the VTT Talk window, then proceed as above to start over. Later, if you like to reject the second solution, and use the first one instead, you might consider File => Import => Text. Since it's all just text in the VTT Talk window, you may of course cut & paste it in any other way, whichever is most convenient.

Hope this helps
