How can I spilt TTC font into TTF fonts and vice versa?

We have a tool 'TTCBreak' to do this, but we generally don't give it out, due to support issues.
 
Can you explain why you want to break the font apart, and where the font came from? If the font was made by someone else, you should probably ask them for the TTFs included in it. If you made the font yourself, then you should already have the individual TTFs and TTCBreak (as it comes with TTCMake the tool for making TTC's).

As you know I am creating tradional chinese handwriting fonts in Hong Kong, so we want to produce TTC format true type to provide promotional width and fixed width english character in our fonts set.
