composite flags

Can VTT work with (e.g. interpret and/or set) any of the "new" composite flags? In particular:

bit 10: OVERLAP_COMPOUND
bit 11: SCALED_COMPONENT_OFFSET
bit 12: UNSCALED_COMPONENT_OFFSET

If they are supported, how are these flags set using VTT low-level text (psuedo-hint code, such as "OFFSET", etc.).
