King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex (KFGQPC) has released the Best Unicode  Opentype Naskh Font, with the Calligraphy of Sheikh Uthman Taha (Calligrapher of Mushaf Al-Madinah), Having Arabic, Urdu & Persian characters support. Best placement of Diacritics, Now you can type diacritics completely on all the text without any Clash(InshaAllah).

Having wonderful Kerning pairs, Like Reey and Kaaf, Daal & Kaaf, etc. etc.

The file size is too small as around just 125KB, having much much features of Opentype.

Enjoy it, its totally FREEEEE.   We needs your feedback to improve this font more & more as we can.

Hi Ashfaq,
thanks for the info. Are you involved in making the fonts?
There is a little mistake: the ARABIC TRIPLE DOT PUNCTUATION MARK 061E has the unicode value of ARABIC SIGN SANAH 0601.

Dear Mr. Niazi

u did a great job but there is some problem with ligature of Allah. When i applied your font on Qoranic text written in Msword. it looks very good but the Ligature of Allah appears like that

HuhHuhHuh Huh?? Huh?? HuhHuhHuhHuh?

you can see here that ur font adds second Shadd (shaddah) in that ligature. please correct it.

Thanks for pointing about 0601, I just occupy the space for future usage, now I am not using this glyph. Anyhow thanks for your suggestion.

Dear Sajid,
Thanks for the compliments,
I define Allah character without any Diacritics (Aeraab), just type Alif lam lam hay you will get correct shape of Allah.
Dont put any Diacritic on middle Laam. You can put Diacritics on Initial Laam or final Hay, but in the middle laam dont put any Diacritics, becoz it has always Shad kzabr or small alif, so no need to type any Diacritics on Middle Laam.
Replace your existing data as defined above, you will get exact shape of Allah.
regards
