Windows rejects this font. Why?

Hi!

 

The attached font is rejected by Windows XP SP2. However, FV does not show up any vital problem.

 

Could someone help to pinpoint the actual problem that makes the font not useful under Windows?

Check the 'name' table. There are some blank entries (Version, Trademark, Unique name). Either remove them or fill them in with valid data.
