Oriya Unicoded Open Type Font

An Oriya UnicodedOpen Type font is available at
http://oriya.sarovar.org/download/utkalm.ttf.gz
and
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Orissa-IT/files/utkalm.ttf
(under GPL=free) contributed by Mr. Rajesh Pradhan

This is workable at a extent, but needs more updation.

Even if installed in Windows 98SE-->Fonts
It is not appearing in IE6
Microsoft Internet Explorer-->tools-->Fonts...-->Language Script=Oriya-->Web Page Font=Utkalm
and
sample style is not appearing in Oriya Script.
So it may not be compatible with IE.

Would anybody like to kindly check it and suggest/guide any correction.
Since it is uder GPL,
would anybody like to further develop it and make compatibale with IE.
