hi,
 
i want to know how to restrict importing scripts, lookups like abvm, abvs.... from a fonts or basically how to apply security to a font using TypeTool or MS VOLT or any other apps. i'll really appriciate if anyone can help on this...

If you have a font and you are importing a project from another font, the only way to not import pieces in the project is to first export the pieces you want to import and then import the groups or lookups.
 
There is no way to apply "security" to a font file...short of using some type of encrpytion device (like a Rainbow dongle) that will unencrypt the font file at runtime.
 
Can you help me understand what you want to do?
