Font without error is not accepted by windows

I have created a font editor with java for my company, now the font validator doesn't detect any error on the generated fonts (there are still warnings) but Windows says that the font is not valid, and with Java I can load and use my font without getting a FontFormatException....

I have make the test with a simple font with only 3 glyphs (the missing glyph and two others glyphs)

someone can help me?

It's a very simple Font, there are 4 glyphs, the missing glyph,
and 3 glyphs that are mapped with the characters: 0x20 (SPACE), 0x61 (a), 0x62 (b).  No glyph instructions are defined. May be the problem is for the version of my OS/2 table, I've have used the version 0 (most simple solution).

I have solve the problem, it was just that i had forgotten the name Family and SubFamily....
