FontLabStudio5 batch conversion

Hello to everyone. I'm trying to convert some (actually a lot of) ttf fonts to opentype. The conversion also includes a "reencode glyphs" task with a different encoding. If i had only a couple of fonts this task could be just nice, but if you have more, i need some kind of script. Can anyone help me?

p.s. I know that you may propose me to make this conversion with TransType, but as i have tryied this, the results are not the same.
