I have several PostScript font families that I need to convert to OpenType so they can be used by a PC-based service bureau. I have tried and tried, and can't accomplish what should be a simple task.

Am I biting off more than I can chew? Neat little routines, please! and Thank You!

I found some software on Version Tracker that converts among Type 1, TrueType, and OpenType in seconds and with perfect results.

The application is called TypeXChange, it costs $59, and it's worth every penny.

Hence, problem solved! Thanks for your help.

Oooops. I meant FontXChange, *not* TypeXChange. Sorry about that.

Does anyone have any experience with how FontXChange compares with TransType Pro (other than price)?
