OpenType and Output windows

It appears that since I updated to Mac OS X 10.5, my OpenType and Output windows only shows so that I can see the top part, but not the actual window. How do I fix this?

It seems you must remove two files to fix this:
com.fontlab.fontlab5.plist and
CurrentWorkspace.rc
