I do plain OT Kerning, glyph-to-glyph, in Fontlab Studio 5, after which I generate within the Open Type panel and compile.  My kerning is perfect in Illustrator, but in Photoshop CS there are always a few odd kerning pairs that don’t apply the kerning.  Has anyone else experienced this dilemma?
