made two fonts from several symbols and finally saved them as open fonts in fontlab. if we load the two fonts in suitcase, we see a font conflict between those two fonts (see picture). even when only one is active, there's a conflict. sometimes other fonts get corrupt and we've to replace them. there're no fonts active in the system folders.
some people suggest, there's an ID-problem (which ID?). if so, how cab i avoid that?

Hoi Avrosterren,

it's hard to locate the problem with the info you give us. It might be an ID- or namingproblem.
If you mail me the fonts I can have a look at it.

Groetjes,

Artur

well, here's one font to consider. Filmstars.otf saved as OTF in Fontlab and Films/Filmstars.suit saved as Type1 in TypeTool. as i said, this one and another one made by us are conflicting in suitcase with our customer. i myself installed the fonts in the system and have no problems. who nows more (ID problem???).
thanx!
