indian language website based on Unicode encoded fonts?

Can I Use Akruti Font?  Shree Lipi Font?
OR
What Indian Language Font I should Use?

hi,

   A hindi site would be more accessible to people using different browsers, platforms to view it if its in Unicode encoding.

You can see www.hindinest.com and www.vagarth.com

they were earlier running non-unicode fonts and had problems now they are using Unicode fonts and getting more hits, popularity and readers.
