AFDKO documentation suggestion: Feature File Spec as PDF

I would like to print the feature file specification, but this seems to require, that I extensively edit HTML and CSS. The print.css is half-baked. So I would welcome a clean HTML document with a clean CSS (for print) and without Javascript or alternatively a PDF (additionally to the HTML version).
